10mile pb for Jenny

Jenny Pyper smashed her previous best over 10miles today running 63.55 in the Whitney 10.
Her previous best had been set in Dublin the day before the Mazda Finals but today ran one and a half minutes faster to win the senior ladies category.

Abbey Athletic Club was formed at the start of the new millennium by a group of relatively young athletes.
